PureBench Food Safety Research Center is a one-of-a-kind applied food science research consortium comprised of academic researchers, regulatory partners, and the food industry, working together to advance food safety, food defense, and nutrition science.
We provide stakeholders with the opportunity to develop and exchange knowledge, experience, and expertise in food safety, food defense, and nutrition through applied research, testing services, and continuing education.
Our work spans microbiological testing, food defense vulnerability assessment, and nutrition science, conducted in collaboration with academic institutions, regulatory agencies, and food industry partners.
